NUS Trade Show 2021 is a re-run of our online December event bringing students’ unions commercial teams together with trusted suppliers. At a time when in-person meetings and events have been removed from our daily lives, it's critical we all continue to engage with customers, suppliers and stakeholders to share vital messaging and allow partners, customers and staff to come together to better support business to thrive and re-cover as they start to re-open their doors to students.
Agile thinking, creativity, focus and vision all come sharply into view for those that thrive in a crisis. Technology has changed the way we buy and sell and has impacted our customer journey.
We know it has been a tough time for all, which is one of the reasons we’ve chosen to re-run the show so you have access to suppliers, products and offers at a critical time. To find out more…



Great news! Trade show orders will take place at the virtual show! Each participating supplier will have trade show deals on their stand. Delegates need simply add to cart and checkout before the end of the live period. Orders will be delivered in to sites in the usual way.

No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate. You only need to have access to the internet, so you can participate wherever that is.
You can use your email address that you have entered during registration to login on the day of the event.
Suppliers will be available to chat on 25 May between 9am and 5pm but the event will be live for a further 30 days so you don’t have to go with a shopping list on the day.. Please take the time to look through the content that suppliers have created for you which can be found on the content areas of each virtual stands.
Yes. Like a physical event, we will have a swag bag for you! You can add all the documents available to the online swag bag in your account and then email them to yourself or share items with your colleagues simply by entering their email.
Yes, like a physical event you will be able to place orders. Simply visit a supplier stand and place the number of deals you would like to order in your cart. You will be asked at checkout for your account numbers and delivery information. Please see the Virtual Trade Show Orders terms conditions for more information.
Yes, absolutely. The show is a great way to build or maintain relationships, the understand more about specific products and how they can work for you in the current climate and to get ideas, inspiration and insight to help you to be agile in your thinking and in your approach to the recovery for the next academic year and beyond. Suppliers attending the show are keen to support you to re-open and help you to maximise trade.
This is an online event. You do not have to travel to any specific location. You can participate anywhere that you have Internet access.
